My teaching philosophy is deeply rooted in my prior career as a scientist, emphasizing the belief that education is a dynamic process that must continuously evolve to meet the diverse needs of every student. Central to my philosophy are four essential elements: being a role model teacher, fostering holistic development, incorporating hands-on activities, and emphasizing effective communication. These elements collectively nurture children's innate curiosity, cultivate a passion for learning, and facilitate optimal academic achievement for all learners.
